FAQ
 

If I have an item that I ordered, which is being shipped thru one of the carriers can you help me with delivery or re-delivery? 
We would be more than happy to help with any issue you may be having with that carrier if that shipment was shipped by our company. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to help with shipments we have not shipped.  You will have to call the carriers directly.  If you can not find a number, we can help would be happy to get one for you.

How much will it cost to have you pack my shipment?
We pride ourselves in providing a professional packing service.  However, we DO NOT charge for that service.  You only pay for the box, bubble wrap, or peanuts that we use to insure your shipment is packed properly.

I have an odd shaped item to ship.  Do you have a box for it?
Our stores are fully stocked for all your packing and shipping needs.  We have over 35 different size boxes in stock at all times.   If we do not have a box that fits your item adequately, we will custom make or customize a box to fit.

What Services do you provide?

Color and Black and White Copies Color and Black and White Copies Our color and black and white copies are made quickly using a high quality professional Color Copier.  We can include stapling, hole punch, booklet applications, and more.  Paper size range from 4 x 6 up to 11 x 17 in an assortment of colors and paper quality.  Depending on size and paper for Black/White Copies prices range from $.08  and up  and for Color Copies  prices range from .34 and up.
Custom Business Cards Custom Business Card Printing We have several card styles and colors to choose from.   Full color business cards with custom graphics and photos can be digitally or thermography printed.  We provide a layout and proof at no additional charge.  If you need a logo we offer custom graphic design services on-site.  Prices start at $40.50 per 500 cards - $46 per 1000 and up.
Flyers, Brochures, and Pamphlets Flyers, Brochures, and Newsletters We professionally print full color front and back flyers, brochures, and newsletters.  If you have a bi-fold or tri-fold document the folding is included.  We also offer professional graphic design work to create your flyers, brochures, and newsletters.  For pricing, please contact us directly for a quote..
Laminating Laminating Our high speed professional laminator can laminate your business card sized documents up to 11 X 17.  We can also help you create luggage tags, business card magnets, and other promotional products for your business.  Prices range from $1.00 and up.
comb binding Comb Binding First Class Mail can create comb binded booklets up to 200 sheets.  You can choose to have your booklet with a clear, cardstock, or vinyl backing. Prices start at $3.00 per booklet.
custom t-shirts  Custom T-Shirts We print full color or black/white heat transfers.  We have some t-shirts in stock white, light blue, grey- all sizes from youth 2T  to adult  4XL.  If you would like to have a t-shirt custom design for individual, small or even larger orders, we have someone on staff to help you out.  We have the ability to have t-shirts delivered by the next day.  For pricing, please contact us directly for a quote.

Logo Design & Custom Graphic Work New Company or looking for a new image- let us help you create the perfect logo to brand your company.  We also offer custom graphic design work for brochures, flyers, and pamphlets.  Also, for promotional products remember that we can  custom compile a quote of promotional products geared towards your industry or organization.   For pricing, please contact us directly for a quote
 
Mail on Counter Mailbox Rental Our mailbox rentals actually have a physical address and we will accept any item(s) that you authorize us to sign for.  This is great for an at home business, home owner associations, or  non-profit organizations!  Mailboxes are in a secured location with 24-hour access for you.  Prices start at as little as $8.33 per month for mailbox rental, $10  key deposit for 2 keys and $5 setup fee.
Notary Notary  We have a notary public on staff at both locations during business hours..  If you need to have a notary come to your place of business, please give us a call. Price is $5 per person, no per document fees apply.
